IC Canadian Representative

加拿大本地代表

IC是加拿大工业部Industry Canada的简称。IC认证是无线电子电器产品和通信终端产品进入加拿大市场的通行证和必备条件。现有IC法规RSP-100规定无线产品和通信终端产品在申请IC认证时必须指定一家加拿大公司作为本地代表，并且产品在加拿大销售的所有时间内都需要保持有一个加拿大本地代表。

4. Equipment certification requirements This section provides information on equipment certification requirements.

4.1 Canadian representative A Canadian representative is required when the applicant’s company address is not within Canada. The applicant shall provide a signed Application and Agreement for Certification Services (see form A) in which the details of the company representative in Canada shall be clearly identified.

The Canadian representative shall be responsible for responding to all enquiries from ISED regarding the certified product(s), including providing audit samples at no charge to ISED. The applicant shall have a valid Application and Agreement for Certification Services for as long as the certified product is offered on the Canadian market.
